Where an existing Emergency Lighting system is modified, extended or altered
it needs to be commissioned to comply with I.S. 3217. Similarly when a new
Emergency Ligthting system is installed it needs to be commissioned to comply
with I.S. 3217.
Similarly, all new, modified, extended or materially altered Fire Alarm Systems need to be commissioned to comply with I.S. 3218
